Form not submitting

I'm having issues with being able to submit a form on newclientfrom.spacecrafted.com. It looks like the data is just getting stuck and then it times out. Any thoughts why this would be happening? 

Forms should now be working once again.  We had a brief server issues that has been resolved.  If any forms are still not able to complete submissions, let us know and we will be happy to have a look.
