Hi - when I submit my form it does not go the email address I've supplied in the email settings. The auto responder does go to the correct email but it comes from a weird email address rather than the one specified in the email settings: eg: firstname.lastname@example.org rather than email@example.com. This means the form sender can't reply to the auto responder and I don't get a copy of their form.

Please try removing the current autoresponder setup and create a brand new one. This little trick works for me everytime. See if that helps.
