How do I change my payment form to Donation type?

However, how do I create the DONATION FORM without losing all my products? Is it telling me I will lose all my products on my SUBSCRIPTION FORM if I modify the fields for payment value on the DONATION FORM? The screenshots are as follows:

When I try to change the change the PAYMENT TYPE to DONATIONS I get this
So will is the screen above indicating that I lose all my products that are in the SUBSCRIPTION FORM which are actual products?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept the donations as the subscriptions. Custom payments/donations are one-time payments and cannot be recurring. If you need to accept recurring payments, it is required to be subscription payments.
