How to prevent users to use the same data in multiple submissions?

I want to restrict users from submitting a form multiple times, as well as submitting wrong IDs. Can I make this happen by the following steps, and how can I do this?

Step 1.  Generate a unique ID for the user through FORM A.

Step 2.  The user inputs the unique ID in FORM B.

Step 3.  If the user submits FORM B once, and tries to submit the second time, the form will give back an error saying it has already been submitted.

Step 4.  If the unique ID that the user inputs in FORM B has never been generated through FORM A (in another words, if the user types in a wrong ID), the form will give back an error saying it is a wrong ID.

    Thanks.

    Hello miohonda,

Please note that "Step 4" is not possible to achieve. It is currently not possible to validate submission data from any external source or previous submission.

Step #3 is possible to achieve by taking advantage of our "Unique Question" feature which will prevent users from submitting duplicate submissions using the same data. Example: You can set one of your forms question (like unique ID or email address) to be a unique question. This wiill not allow a user to use the same unique id or email address to submit your form. Please take a look at the following guide which should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

    Hope this helps.
