My Table Report seems to use the wrong character set while a Grid report does (we can see that an letters with accents). The problem on character set is present on all my forms.
The two reports are:
Added to this the grid report is showing up empty records which table record is not.
Thanks for your help,

I have checked your reports in Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox Browsers. And I am not able to reproduce the issue. That is both the reports are showing same characters, and same records.
Here is the Grid report: https://eu.jotform.com/grid/62721544277054
Here is the Table report: https://eu.jotform.com/table/62721544277054
Can you please confirm, you are checking both the reports, in same Browser? Also please let us know, the version of Browser which you are using.
I would also suggest you to clear Browser's CACHE and check it again.

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
I checked it and I was able to replicate the same problem on Safari. French character " e with grave accent" is seen different on table listing report but seen correctly on grid listing report.
I'm forwarding this thread to our developers for a further investigation on it.
You will be notified here when it is fixed.

Same problem with Russian — all the cyrillic characters are now broken

The character set problem is now fixed. If the problem still persists on your report please try recreating your report to clear the cache. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Superb, I confirm it is fixed and I didn't have to recreate the form report which is a good news.
What about empty records which where reported on the same thread, shown on grid report but not on table report, empty records being present on the submission.

When I checked submissions of empty records, they seems also unfilled submissions.
Could you please confirm if you received notification of those submissions?
Waiting for your feedbacks.

I didn't receive any notification for these submissions, but these empty records are questioning the reliability of the whole thing.
How come that we do get empty records ?
Thanks for your help,
