    I want the form to keep the data on the form on my website

    I put all the fixtures of my golf club on a form and want each player to say when he can or can not play with a tick box For example if the tick five boxes that the cannot play I want to see that on the website and keep the settings, at the moment the click on the submit button and it's emailed to me but every time I have to look though all the submissions.
