Titles on auto responders on my forms is incorrect

I've created seven forms.

The first one was entitled "Monthly Poundage Report" On that one, the email auto responder when I fill out the form to test comes in correctly, but all the others are also title "monthly Poundage Report" even though their titles are different.

Will you please let me know how to change this?

You can edit the title of any one of your notification emails or autoresponders by simply editing the form, clicking on the Emails button, and then on the Edit button of the notification / autoresponder:

When the email template opens in the editor, simply type in your new desired title inside that email:
