    Email Notification Not Working?

    Hello,

     Ok, I have started a new thread. This was to see if I had a bad thread where the email notifications were not working. The previous thread in question was, "Theme Not Working". I've posted several other threads and never got an email notification so it wasn't related to just that thread. As I mentioned in the other thread, I'm getting my JotForm form submission emails so my email connection does work. Let's see where we can take this. :)

    That's weird as you should automatically receive an email once a new update has been made on this thread. Let us know if you're able to receive an email with this update.

    Hi,

    According to our email logs, we have already sent your emails and they are accepted to delivery by your email provider. Could you please contact your email provider to whitelist our Forum's IP address ? ( 174.34.57.222 )

    In addition to that, some of your emails are failed because of non-response from your email provider. If you could send these logs to your provider, they can fix it easily,

    I have contacted Comcast, my email provider. They said they don't whitelist due to security reasons but the IP address you gave me is not blocked. They also said that the logs you supplied do not give them enough info as to what's actually transpiring so they suggested that you call them directly so you can set up an email transmission and see exactly what's preventing reception. The tech support contact # is 888-565-4329. Please let me know if you are able to do this and if so, what your results are. Thanks again and I'll await your response.
