Monday Integration is Stop Working

    Hi There,


    We currently have an integration with Monday where when a form is submitted, a line item is created on Monday.com with the info in the form.


    We have found that this has stopped working. Is there a way for me to see where the integration was not completed so i can cross check submissions?

    Hi deliveryredworks, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I suggest you remove the Monday integration and add it again to resolve the issue. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the Monday integration.
    • Then, click on Remove Integration, and then Yes, Remove!

    • On the same Integration Page, click on Monday integration again.
    • Now, select and connect your Monday API.
    • Complete the configuration and click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

    Regarding the last completed submission sent to your Monday.com, you can check that by a unique entire for the last received deal on Monday.com like Email address, Name, or Phone Number. Then you can search in your Submission Tables for the submission. This will be the last submission. After that, you can edit the entries from your Tables to push the submissions to Monday integration again:

    1. In your Tables, click on the Three dots beside the submission, then select Edit Entry.
    2. Re-submit the form again and the submission will sent to Monday.

    Hi there,


    Thank you for your response.


    I need to know which forms did not go through to Monday.com. We have a lot of form submissions so it will be time consuming to have to go through this one by one.


    Is there no report that can show where the integration has failed?

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any tool that allows us to identify which forms did not go through to Monday.com. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
