I created a form for a client and realized that I needed to come back in and pay for a membership. When I came back in to correct it, I couldn't find my login info. It also has reached it's quota.
I now am not sure if I ever even created a login

Can you please help me get an account associated with it so that I can pay a membership for the client?

We can help you out of this dilemma but you first need to create another account (Free, Premium or Professional) so that we can transfer the form and its submissions to that new account.
Once you have created the new account, let us know and we will execute the transfer.
