    Hi, I have a problem, I have a user who can not access any of my forms for 2 days, he can not access http://spanish.jotform.com. Have cookies enabled, and is connected to the Internet ...

    Where is the problem? I access without problem, but he can not. thank you very much for your help.

    What is the exact problem? Did he see any errors? warnings?

    What is the user's browser and operaing system version?

    I have contacted the JotForm twitter, and they are solving the problem. Apparently JotForm is currently blocked in some parts of Spain. Happens in Firefox and IE, the page does not load form also does not charge spanish.jotform.com or www.jotform.com

    The site was blocked in some parts of Spain. We contacted Telefonica Empresas and they told us yesterday that the site was now unblocked. It should be open by now. Can you confirm that it is resolved?

     

    We have verified that the phishing has been taken down and we have
    requested that the IP be UNBLOCKED, in the next 12/24 hours.

    We kept telling the Telefonica Empresas that the problem is not resolved but they insist on telling us the site is unblocked.

    We changed the IP address for spanish.jotform.com. Please use that if it is working for you. Log into that site and replace all form code with the new code your will get there.

    https://spanish.jotform.com/form/xxxx does not work, but without the "s" works well. Thanks.

     I also called Telefonica and they said that the department is called Nemesys.

     This department is in charge of creating blacklists.


    "Why enter Nemesys blacklist? The main cause is the sending of spam or viruses, either consciously or unconsciously."

    I appreciate your help. I hate Telefonica XD

    You tell Telefonica to prove themselves to enter www.jotform.com. Telefonica people are idiots.

    This was the signature of the department who told us the JotForm is unblocked now. So, they must be the one that blocked us.

    I think you contacted the email spam department. That's probably not the correct place.

    The antiphishing service kept telling us they unblocked us, but our users are telling us the site is still blocked.

    Yes, there is not https://spanish.jotform.com available. Only http://spanish.jotform.com. Can you use the regular version until this is resolved?
