field backgrounds overlapping other fields

1) When I simulate error state, the background of some fields overlap other fields. Check the four bottom fields.

Looking at this issue it appears there's a notable problem with some of the formatting of two of your form fields causing it to display partially covered.

It seems this problem is occurring due to some spacing issues with the labels that would normally be there for those fields being so close to each other but, please allow us some time to look into this more and then will respond as soon as we can with a possible resolution.

I've found the problem.

You had the label area that was still showing so I set that to hidden then readjusted the padding for the two fields and this has fixed the overlay issue.
