Subscription cancellation: Upgrade to bronze plan for the time already paid.

    I was considering to downgrade our account and one of your collaborator did it for me a few hours ago, after an e-mail I sent to you.

    We have payed one month in the bronze plan. The month expired on October 12th. Because of the downgrade we cannot use the remaining par of the payed services and our account tells us that we have to upgrade the account to continue using it. 

    Moreover, when I tried myself to downgrade the account, we received an offer for 50% off on the annual subscription, but your collaborator was so fast to downgrade our account (although I only asked for some pieces of information) that we did not have the time to discuss the purchase. 

    I'd like to have my 12 days of bronze plan back, at least...

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I have gone ahead and upgraded your account back to bronze plan. Your account will stay bronze until October 12, 2016 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
