I upgraded our account to Professional from Premium by following the prompts on our account page, but it did not reset the account. I have a receipt that payment was accepted. It appears we still show under the username "glendalepdtraining" instead of my name, which I thought I had changed. The charges for the Professional account were made under my name, so our "glendalepdtraining" account may not have been upgraded. I need the payment I just made to upgrade the "glendalepdtraining" account as soon as possible. Please help!

Upon checking your account, I found out that you are already active to Professional account. You don't see the changes of your account, just simply logout now in your JotForm account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
