    Hello

We do a Call for Artists annually.  Do we have to charge the artist for their submission?  We do not charge the for the submissions and/or what are the other charges outside of the monthly fee?

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

Hello Cheryl, since JotForm is an online form builder, it doesn't rely on the OS being used by your users/respondents. It should work on any OS or browser regardless (it even works on mobile).

On rare occasions though, there may be some conflicts, especially for IE users and people who have outdated browser versions but nonetheless, it should work as intended for most.

Merely submitting the form won't charge them. The only time your users/respondents will be charged is if/when you integrate your form with a Payment Processor. For example, you wanted to sell products, subscriptions, one-time payments, or accept donations through your form.

In case you have plans on doing so in the future, here's a great article to help you on deciding Which-Payment-Processor-is-Right-for-Your-Business
