how to i manage my autoresponder message

the message i have is very vague and doesn't give the guest an option of telling me which location they are referring to.

All email templates (be it EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS or AUTORESPONDERS) can be customized based on how you want it to appear.

To customize the AUTORESPONDER message, click EMAILS at the top of your FORM BUILDER > EDIT the green AUTORESPONDER > then change the template/message as you see fit.

If you need to add which location (Restaurant Preference) they picked, just add it to your template like so:
