Back Button Issue & Account Upgrade

    Hello,

    We are currently having issues with our BACK / NEXT portion of the form, specifically on internet explorer (SEE SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED). The back buttion does not disappear, causing form submittals to the next page to not occur. I read through some forums and changed the url as suggested to www.jotform.com rather than form.jotform.com but it did not remedy the problem. Looking at our analytics, a high majority of our website visitors use Internet Explorer and we would like to remedy this problem ASAP.

    Also, a few months ago when your site went down, we purchased the upgraded premium account to ensure that if your free site were to become unavailable, it would protect our website form from being unavailble. When reviewing our account status, it states we are still a free account.

    If you could help with any of these issues, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Have you tried already, deleting browsing cache and cookies? If not, please give a try. Regarding on the said issue of pagebreak (back button), I don't see any problem at my end. Please the screenshot that I provide.

    When I check your account using your email, yes you're still registered to a free account. Did you received an email or receipt that you successfully upgraded your accout?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer, unfortunately the back button only occurs approx. 1/3 times so I will continue to monitor it. While deleting browsing cache and cookies may work for my personal computer, I can't guarantee it will work on our web visitors.

    We received both emails from Jotform and Plumus Sales regarding a receipt and our order payment. Here is our info:

    The only reason we suggest clearing your browser cache is to remove any cached 'old'version of your form to make sure any recents updates to your form is not an issue. Any web visitors to your site will generally not have any older versions of your form cached. 

    Please let us know if you see any further problems around those back/next buttons.
