    Hello, I need to downgrade my subscription. I have been attempting to do so since last month but have been unsuccessful. Can you please help me?

    Hi,

    I have now cancelled your subscription for you. You will not charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the paid period expires which is on May 05, 2012.

    Your forms and data will not be affected in any way when your account downgraded to free one.

    Feel free to re-subscribe anytime you wish.
