I have used Jot Forms on behalf of Ballard School and we have set up an account under username cassdav I have noticed that payments continue to be taken from my paypal account after I cancelled them earlier this year. I see no forms also in this account and would like this account to be stopped until further notice. And would like an explanation as to why payments were still taken after it was cancelled
I'm sorry to hear this case. However, I don't see any cancellation notice to our logs for the mentioned account. The cancellation was just made today. If you have successfully canceled the subscription, our system or Paypal would surely stop charging your account. Paypal will also notify you about it.
Anyways, the subscription is already canceled. I have also requested the refund for your last payment on September 25, 2016. The refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from now. You should receive an email once the refund is made.
