I want the fields to span the entire width of the contact form

In addition,
I want the fields to span the entire width of the contact form or have
it remain the way it is and center the form within the webpage. I want
everything aligned the way it is, just the form itself centered. The
contact form I am referring to is CJ Design & Consulting Contact Form.

As of checking your form, the fields are extending far beyond the form width which I believe not right.

The fields have 1440px width while the form width is set to 100% (which is adjusting automatically base on the device width). That's why the form fields are overlapping. I have corrected this for you, your form is now responsive. It should display properly on any device/container width by now.

If you could also share the website URL where you have embedded the form, that would help us troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing.
