I can not reset my Password

    Good morning,

    I have gone through the motions twice to reset my password for my Jotforms account and I have not received either emails to the specific email, listed above. It is not being filtered to spam so I do not know why it is not going through. Any help is appreciated, thank you, Amanda

    I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:


    I send the password reset email and it looks to have gone through this time.  Check your inbox to see if it has.

    Oh no, I will go in and fix that as soon as I can. I need the emails from Jotforms haha. Thank you for your help!

    Emails should now be sending to your address.  Keep an eye on notifications send to that address for a bit to ensure they are not still being filtered.
