How can I see "take photo" submissions WITH the form?

I just tested my form, which has several questions and then two "take photo" submission spots. When I look in my submission inbox, the reply shows up as three submissions - 1. the answers 2. photo number one 3. photo number two.

I fear that when I get many submissions at once, I will not be able to tell which photos go with which answers. Am I doing this wrong? How do I put them in the same place?

Additionally, my survey with image tester was still taking photos when I received their survey responses.

The images from "Take Photo" should already be included in the submission. I cloned your form and did some tests there, and it looks like the photos and data are indeed in the same submission.

I checked your submissions and I can see that there are two submissions with photos, but no data. It could be possible that these submissions were simply sent with empty data, and so only the photos were sent. It could also be a minor glitch, or there was an interruption in the connection which caused the data to be sent in multiple parts. However, you should be able to receive the next data and the photo in one submission only.

If you do experience the issue again, please let us know.
