Conditional logic is not passing the total from square payment fields

Asked by ElleEstLuLaRoe on October 03, 2016 at 09:37 PM
my conditional logic isn't working in my Credit Card / Square payment form.  It's supposed to copy the total from my purchases and shipping into the "total" field.  But it's not working right.  Can you check this out please?

I test your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/60637349072256 and it was working just fine. I see the Total amount was copied to the total field from the Payment tool.

Is this not happening when you test your form? Can you try again.

Let us know if still not resolve.

    Thanks.

It looks like the Square payment tool is the cause.  When using PayPal, the correct total is passed.  However, when using Square, it looks to be passing product ID's instead.

I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

I know, but I need it to show the total.  The reason I have this field is so that I can do an autosum of sales in XLS after a sale event.

I understand this is needed.  A ticket has been created to have our developers take a look at this.  We will let you know as soon as we have any further information as to status of the request.

Is there any way that this can be fixed by 8 PM EDT tonight?  I need this form tonight and would like this conditional logic to work so that I can track my income more easily.  Thanks!
