How can a user look back at a form for status updates?

I am thinking of creating a form where a user can request information.  I wonder is there a way that the user can look back at the request to see the status of the request?

Though we do not have a way for users to log in to check their submission for status updates, there is a setup that would allow for something similar.

The best way to do this would be to set up an autoresponder email with an edit submission link.  Here is our guide on how to set that up:

This will allow your users to return to their submission at any time to see the current contents.

Then, add a section to your form for whatever status updates you wish to provide.  This way, users can return to their submission data to see if there has been anything added by you.  You can also enable a feature to send the autoresponder email again when any updates are made:

Users will know exactly when you have made updates to their submission.
