I have just logged in to create a form, but was having issues getting it to publish so I could email. I locked up on me, so I shut down and tried to log in again. Now I am not even able to log back in to my account.

I checked your account and forms, all seems to be OK from our end. Are you still unable to sign in on yours? You can try a fresh web browser, either Google Chrome of FireFox tend to work best, that also may allow you to log in again.
If that does not work, let us know if there is any sort of error anything of that nature and we will be happy to see what we can do.
