Dear Madam, Sir,
Last week, I received the communication about the number of forms limited to 5 on a Free Plan.
I currently have more than 5 forms within this account.
However, if I'm correct, the existing forms will continue to work perfectly without any limitations in edit mode?
Thank you in advance.

Free users have 5 forms limit. This limitation started a month ago. The free users with more than 5 forms did not loose their forms, they are able to use them., however they cannot change or clone those forms.
Hence you could use them anyway but other operations on the exceeded forms are limited.
I hope this answer is suitable for your question.
If you have other questions please feel free to ask.

Soooo lame. I have used Jotform for years, but will likely end that relationship now that a 5 form limit has been implemented. I have over 50 active forms that I now will have to recreate on another platform. Please re-consider this new limit. You are shooting your loyal fans in the foot.

Thank you for your input. We understand your frustration, but we needed to implement such limit in order to have standardized fair data usage among all our users. We know changes are not always easy, but datacenters maintenance, developers workforce and the like imply costs to pay.
Please note that you will still be able to use the 50 active forms in your account. This means you still have access to your forms as usual. However, if you want to create additional forms, clone, restore deleted forms, or enable forms, you can choose to upgrade to a higher plan.
