Are you referring to your "Jack Russell Rescue CA Adoption Application" form? If yes and if you are referring to the mobile app, then I think that is because the sync is not enabled on your device. Please try checking your app settings and make sure that sync is turned on for the app. After that, refresh the app.
Also, note that our app only shows you about 20 at a time unless you swipe down to load more.
If you are referring to the submissions in the form through the website, then please let us know what submissions are missing. Like the name or email address of the submitter(s).
