I have contacted you before, I am not receiving any e-mails from you even after whitelisting all your ip's and adding contacts to my contact list. I have now realised I didn't even receive a registration confirmation. Could you please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this issue asap.
I see that your email account is added to our bounce list with the following reason.
smtp; 550-5.5.1 Server IP 22.214.171.124 listed as abusive.
I have removed the email address from the bounce list now and you should be receiving the emails without any issue. Could you confirm that all the email server domains/email addresses/ip addresses are whitelisted in your account? Also, please make sure that you have followed the guide How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
Unfortunately, the forum responses cannot be sent to other email address than the account registered email address. Since the email is now removed from the bounce list, it should be fine.
