    It shows on the right that blue is selected but on the actual form the color will not change?

    It looks like the theme applied to your form is overwriting the changes made to the submit button background color.  Adding the following code to your form will allow you to change the color:

        background : #3d9be9;
    }

    I did copy and paste the CSS code and the button turned blue but the word “submit” on the button has black writing on it when I chose the writing to be white in the editor (See attached screenshot).
    Also am I able to create my form to look similar to the example I have attached? If so, is there a video or instructions to tell me how to do that?

    To change the submit button text color, add the following code to your form:

    .form-submit-button {
        color : white;
    }
