Can't create PDF from form

    I can't create a PDF form from form id# 62784386652165.     Unfortunately, PDF generation is not a trivial task especially on forms with complex layouts.

    If you need a PDF for printing, I would like to suggest saving a web version of the form as PDF. It can be done in Google Chrome: How to Save a Web Page as a PDF

    In this case you will get a printable form PDF with a layout similar to your web form.

    I have checked your form and I can see you've added some page breaks and in your screenshots I can see you have added some widgets like the Form Tabs widgets, some feature are not currently supported by PDF fillable forms.

    I would suggest you to check this link where you will find more info about Fillable PDF forms and which features are not available: Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator

    If you want to create a PDF filalble form you will need to remove widgets or fields that are not supported, otherwise your form may not work as expected.
