Can I save these sections to add multiple lines?

Hello people! You were so helpful with  my first question I thought I would ask another in hopes you might have an answer. I have built multiple sections in in my form using radio buttons but I am having difficulty figuring out a way for the user to save their selections and make another line from this. I know there is a widget where they can hand type in options but I am trying to eliminate their "hand writing in" as much as possible. Is there a way for me to put a save button with my radio buttons? See my screen shot!
