My name is Tryggvi Níelsson and I‘m the computer administrator for Nordlingaskóli, which is an elementary school in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Somebody apparently used the schools credit card to order services from your web site. The school administration isn’t entirely clear on who made these transactions and they need an invoice for the accounts department.
So I was hoping you could send us an invoice from 16.12.2011 when the school credit card was charged 69,50 USD.
With kind regard

In addition to my colleague's response above, we need to know the email and account name your school used to register for our service or the email associated with your credit card that the person used, this is because credit card payments are processed by our 3rd party payment gateway company called PLimus, so we dont keep this information with us. You can also try to contact Plimus support on https://cp.plimus.com/jsp/support.jsp?
Lets know if you need further assistance.
