Why do jotform not resend "failed to deliver" email notifications?Asked by aarhusfilmworkshop on October 06, 2016 at 05:04 AM
Every sunday night our email server shuts down for backup, in that case jotform notification mails fails to deliver, when they are sent within that backup timeframe. All other mailservers will try to send a ”failed to deliver” mail again within a couple of hours, and then they will succeed to deliver to our mailserver. How come jotform don´t employ that principle?

Unfortunately, we do not support this feature. Since, the problem you specified is actually related to e-mail provider and is not a JotForm issue.
