Form submissions not populating into Teamwork inbox.

Form submissions have stopped uploading into the Teamwork inbox(es). We are still receiving the email notifications from jotform but the submission cannot be located in Teamwork. 

I searched our mail logs, nothing seems sent to the Teamwork email in the form. But I have just tested this with Teamwork and it's working for me. Here are the screenshots of my tests:

I would suggest creating a separate notifier for the teamwork email instead of adding it as one of the recipients of the current email. Lastly, make sure that the email is correct.
