Email Templates: Request to be able to control full HTML of the emails

    Hi,

    Although the email section has a view source capability for the HTML, this starts within the BODY tag. It would be more flexible if the header HTML was included as well. For example, there is no easy way to style the background colour of the body. Also, you cannot put a style sheet in the HEAD tag as there is no access to this.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I have added a feature request ticket to our system.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA for when it can be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.
