Why is the "Take a Photo" widget not showing in IE?

    Hi,
    I use the Take a Photo widget, but this appears as a file upload in some user's IE browser. (Version 11). Any ieas why? See screen shot.

    I have tested your form using IE 11 in Windows 10 and I can see the widget is working fine, this is what I can see on my end:

    Are you using Windows 10 too? 

    Maybe the Adobe Flash Player is missing or is not updated on the web browsers where this issue occurs.

    Could you please provide us more details about the device where this happens? 

    Please do let us know, we will be glad to further test on our end in order to find why this happens.
