There are 26 submissions showing that do not appear correct

When I look at my form, it shows 26 submissions:

But there are actually no submissions that exist right now.

What are those 26 submissions?

The form belongs to the account  WheatonCollegeForms , but when seen from the main account it shows zero (0) submissions :

Actually, you are looking at the wrong form.  I am talking about my 2016-2017 application with the following URL:  https://form.jotform.com/61054701244142.

You are looking at my 2017-2018 application.

It looks like the submission count did not reset after deleting the submissions for the form. I have sent a submission recalculation that is now displaying the correct count on the form which is zero.
