I checked our mail logs and it looks like the email notifications are being sent successfully. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Please check your spambox to see if the emails are sent there. Also make sure that email@example.com is in your trusted senders list.
I would also suggest that you contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist jotform's addresses to make sure they aren't blocking it on their end. Here's the list: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
