Are there issues with the save button?

    I spent 1.5 hrs updating a form. The entire time I thought it was being saved but it was not.

    I checked the forms on my end I am able to save the forms on my account without any issues.

    It could be possible that your session ended while you were editing the form. This means you were logged out of the account which then caused the form to not be saved on your account properly. Please make sure that you are logged in to your account by visiting the My Forms page. If you do not see your forms, this means that your session ended.

    Another possible reason is if you have the form builder of your form open in multiple tabs. Jotform has an autosave feature that saves the form every few minutes. If you have the form builder of your form open in two tabs, this could cause one form builder to overwrite the changes made in the other form builder when it autosaves. Please make sure to edit the form using the form builder in one tab only.
