I have added my icon as per the steps but it doesn\'t appear on my mobile...it still shows jotform icon

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand your inquiry correctly, you are referring to our How to Change Your App Name and Icon guide. Please note that, the app mentioned in this guide is a reference to the apps you build via Jotform App Builder and not the Jotform Mobile App's itself.

So any changes you've made on your created app, will be visible specifically on the app you created via App Builder. Let me show you how you can add your own app to the home screen:

• In App Builder, click on Settings on the purple navigation bar.
• Choose App Settings from the left-hand side menu and Toggle Add to the Home Screen Module as On.

After setting this up, once the users visit your app they will be automatically notified by the app with the instructions about how to add it to home screen as shown below:

If a user decides to add your app on their home screen, they'll be adding the app that you've customized, including the icon and the name.
