iphone app not working

    I installed the iphone app, and I cannot even log into my account. I have confirmed that the login and password are correct, but I keep getting a "Invalid username or password" error. I have tried reinstalling the app.

    In a (perhaps) related issue, when I had the jotform app installed previously (and I was able to log in), I would get alerts on submissions, but every time I tried to open the submission, or do anything else in jotform, the app would crash. So I would never be able to do anything on the app.

    Any suggestions?

    If you are trying to log in using your email this may not work. Please try to use your account name ghoshal instead.
