form doesn't appear in "my forms"

I just logged in to my account to design a new form and I can't find the last form I designed. I can, however, access the published version of that form by clicking on the link to it that I saved. Here is the link to the published form:

It's working fine, but I sure wish I could access it to make future edits. Thanks.

Hey Chris, I can see that form on the MY FORMS section of your account though. Its named as Client Application, here, I recorded a short clip showing that:
