Is it possible to have a redirect link placed where the logo is on the header?

Below is a screenshot of the form I created and I wanted to know if it is possible to have a redirect link placed in the field so if anyone clicks that logo it goes back to my homepage.

From what I checked on your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62814341350145 you were actually referring to the form Cover image as the logo in the header.

Right now there is no direct way using the Form Designer to include a link/URL on the image so that it has a clickable link.

An alternative method will be to actually add a Header field on your form (as the logo). You can add clickable link/URL on the header field.

But I will check if its possible also via a hack workaround. I'll get back to this if I found one.

    Thanks.
