    Hi

I've created a form with an image upload.  It should be a picture of a student.

When I download a report, the image is not included, only the adress.

I should be able to combine several images in one document.

    How can this be done?

    Thanks in advance

    GP

I would suggest you to create Grid report. Grid report, will allow you to show the images within the submission and if you select modal option as well, then you can preview them by clicking on them, instead of downloading them to your PC.

You can see here how to set up the Grid Report: How to create a Grid Listing report?

Just make sure to select the images to be shown:

If you want to download all the uploaded files, here are the possible solution for you to download your uploads together:

    1. You can download your submission records in excel and copy all the path of your uploaded files. Then you can use any download manager like DAP and add the uploaded file URLs which will start downloading the files one by one.

    2. You can take advantage of our "File Downloader" app which will also allow you to download all the file together. Please be noted that you will have to download and install Ruby on the system in order to be able to use this app.

If you have any query, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.

    Thanks.
