It works after deleting and creating a new autoresponder email.
Another issue: we integrated mailchimp with jotform. A thank you email was
to be automatically sent to the new email list once they signed up the
form, but it wasnt received. We tried to disintegrate it and set a new API
key, but the thank you email still does not appear.

Do you mean your user's are not receiving the Welcome Message from Mailchimp? If this is the case, please try to re-integrate your form to Mailchimp and ensure you have checked the options as shown below.
If the issue still persists, please report back so we can further investigate the issue.

Can you please check your List settings to see if the "Send a final welcome email" is checked?
Go to your Mailchimp List > List Name and defaults > Check "Send a final welcome email"
