Looking into transforming one of my forms to become an app. How do I do that? Is there any integration/3rd party which can work well with jotform?

Could you please provide some more details about what kind of app are you asking about? Is it an app for a desktop computer, a web app, an Android app, or something else entirely?

If you would like to use JotForm forms inside your web app, or an Android app, you can simply add our forms to your desired HTML page, by using our forms' iFrame embed codes:

I'm afraid we can't provide assistance with building your own app, but if you give us some more details about what kind of an app you are looking to build, there may be some pointers or advice we can provide regarding what would be the best way to use JotForm forms in your desired scenario.

Thanks, I'm new to this and not into apps programming. Looking into create
apk file. Not sure where to begin from. Because the form is functional in
tracking attendance, best is use an app rather than have to key in URL each
    time in mobile phone.

I have no experience adding a web form into an Android App, so I do not have any specific recommendations. You might try creating an app with some online app builder or hire a developer to program the app for you.

Please also note that in-app Android browsers might be limited, for example, the file upload control might not work. I would like to suggest consulting with some app developer on your matter.
