I made a secure form but I never created a key. How can I ready my submission?

Once the encryption is enabled, the public key is saved at JotForm, and private key (usually named jotform.key) is supposed to be downloaded by the form owner. The private key is required for decryption.
Unfortunately, there is no way to decrypt the data if the private key is missing (lost or was not downloaded).
If you do not have the private key, you might consider generating a new key pair by disabling and enabling the form encryption option. Note, that this will not decrypt the old data.
