Email Submission

    Good Day

     I have created several forms and I am not getting the submissions. I have submitted the list of IPs that my host has to whitelist however they have enquired if they can't whitelist a domain rather because they are unable to whitelist IPs. The forms work perfectly with other email addresses except there ones that are hosted by this specific host. Unfortunately, I need to use these email addresses.

    Sender E-Mails to whitelist:

    noreply@jotform.com

    noreply@jotform.net

    I would suggest you to change your Sender E-Mail to noreply@jotform.com as well.

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

    We would like to know how I can receveid the form with the email of the sender, and when I send back is going to the sender email right? I that possible?

    That is possible. You simply need to have an email field in your form where users need to fill out.

    You can then set your notifications Sender E-mail: to the name of email field.

    Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notifications
