    Email Submission

Asked by SandileNgwenya on April 30, 2012 at 07:31 AM

    Good Day

I have created several forms and I am not getting the submissions. I have submitted the list of IPs that my host has to whitelist however they have enquired if they can't whitelist a domain rather because they are unable to whitelist IPs. The forms work perfectly with other email addresses except there ones that are hosted by this specific host. Unfortunately, I need to use these email addresses.

    Please assist,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please add our Sender E-Mails to your whitelist?

    Sender E-Mails to whitelist:

I would suggest you to change your Sender E-Mail to noreply@jotform.com as well.

If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

That is possible. You simply need to have an email field in your form where users need to fill out.

You can then set your notifications Sender E-mail: to the name of email field.

Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notifications

PS: eventosecia - please try to create your own thread next time so that we can help you directly. Thanks!
