If I understood your concern correctly, you are complaining about the e-mail status which sent to your InfusionSoft integration for this form. They are marked as "non-marketable", I guess.
Could you please confirm if you click " Marked Opt in E-mail status" I cloned your form and integrated with InfusionSoft on my side. Please note that e-mail status was not seen as non-marketable because of the fact that enabling following checkbox during my integration.
If your setting was not like that, please enable it and test again. If the issue still persist, feel free to contact us.
