Not all the fields are showing when form is opened from link

    Not all the fields are showing up when i open the form from the link

    All the fields are present when i open the form inside jotform but not from the link

    In the section About your dog (s) there are information fields for 3 different dogs

    in the section for the first dog the fields "gender" and Age-years" are missing but they are present on my form when I go into jot form to edit the form.  they just don't show up when opening the form from the link

    In the section for dog2 and dog 3 you can see all the fields are there.

    I could not replicate the issue on my side, I used the link you shared:

    However when I inspect your form details, I see that there are conditional that could not work because of missing fields. I suggest you to delete these conditions and try again. If the issue persists please give us more details.
